1. Permitted Use
CloudLink is intended for lawful business purposes: managing cloud infrastructure, monitoring, incident response, cost optimization, and related DevOps activities.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CloudLink to: (1) violate any applicable law, (2) transmit malware or malicious code, (3) attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, (4) conduct vulnerability scanning against third parties, (5) mine cryptocurrency.
3. Resource Limits
API rate limits, storage quotas, and concurrent connection limits apply as documented. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. Contact us for enterprise limit increases.
4. Content Restrictions
You may not store or process: ITAR-controlled data, classified government data, or data requiring FedRAMP certification through CloudLink unless on an approved government plan.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases requiring immediate action to protect our infrastructure.
