We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, and billing details when you create an account. We also collect usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve our service.

We use your information to: (1) provide and maintain CloudLink services, (2) process billing and send invoices, (3) send service-related notifications, (4) improve our platform based on usage patterns, (5) comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share information only with: (1) service providers necessary to operate our platform (AWS, Stripe, Clerk), (2) when required by law or valid legal process, (3) with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years per US tax law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, port your data, opt out of marketing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.

6. Security

We protect your data with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC2 Type II controls, and role-based access control. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS US data centers with daily encrypted backups.
